WHAT DRIVES ME?!

Stillness has never been my thing.
I’ve always felt most alive in movement, on skis, in the ocean, in the mountains, on the mat. Movement brings me back into my body. Into presence. Into strength. But over time I realized something deeper:

It’s not just movement itself that drives me. It’s what movement creates.I’m fascinated by the moment something shifts, when energy starts flowing again. When an idea becomes action. When hesitation turns into courage. When “I can’t” softens into “Maybe I can.”Because real change doesn’t begin in the body. It begins in the mind.In the stories we tell ourselves. In the limits we unconsciously accept. In the perspective we choose. And when that perspective moves, even slightly, everything else follows.
I deeply believe that movement moves energy. Physical movement releases what’s stuck. Mental movement opens new space. Emotional movement reconnects us to ourselves. For me, they are inseparable. What truly drives me is creating spaces where this shift can happen. Spaces where people feel safe enough to grow stronger and soft enough to open. Spaces where they feel seen.Because being seen changes everything.Maybe that’s also why my professional path isn’t linear. Whether I’m teaching, guiding Mindfulbody sessions, hosting retreats, working in marketing, standing behind a camera, or on a mountain, it all connects back to the same intention:
  • To move energy.
  • To shift perspectives.
  • To help people step into a stronger, more expansive version of themselves.
